Passat B6 3.2 fsi DSG 4motion

Evening all,

I've not bought a passat yet, but I've seen a 2009 B6 3.2 4motion DSG Estate I'm going to look at. It's done just over 44k miles and has 2 year vw warranty cover, they're asking £8625. There doesn't seem to be many of them about, any advice on price and what to keep an eye out for greatly appreciated.
