Suspension options

Hi, my '07 estate grounds out on speed bumps and sometimes on some twisty roads. Also, when towing the back wheels are lost in the rear arches, as much as I love this look, it's not practical! Any suggestions on which shocks and springs to get for a stiffer ride? I understand self-levelling was an option, can this be retro fitted? I am missing it from my old 5 series.
