Air box removal

Good evening,

I am removing my air box tomorrow, one T30 bolt to remove, but noticed that there is also a rubber grommet front right holding it in place.

May I ask if this is just a pull up scenario or does it take some finessing?

I have no wish to break it as I do not have a replacement.
