Servotronic loom disconnected???

I have just done a bulb upgrade to the osram night breaker laser because the standard ones were like night lights Whilst doing so I came across this wiring loom that was not connected??? Please see pics.
I believe this plug is apart of the servotronic wiring loom, if my car has this? And if so I think the plug that is disconnected is oil level sensor for electro-mechanical steering gear.
I'm not sure whether to plug it in incase the old owner unplugged it in order to hide some kind of dash light or problem? Or maybe it just came unplugged on it's own?
There are no known problems with the car or steering that I can see, hear or feel. And after plugging it into a OBD2 I found no fault codes.
Any advice would appreciated.
