My Passat Estate, what is it really worth??

Here is my Passat Estate, Whilst at Inters on Saturday I was asked how much I'd sell it for, I know everything has a price but how do you put a price on your pride and joy?
I have spent a fortune over the last 12 months slowly getting it back up to a good standard after it's previous owner negleted it, I know I'll never re-coup the moImage
