Can I be cheeky and ask how much it all set you back?

Hi guys. I've got an '05 Highline TDI 100 Estate with the AVB engine, 152k miles. It has recently started to judder on the clutch, and jerk quickly on set off. None yet, bit I've had Jom on one of my cars, and friends have had them with no problems, other than the usual threads seizing. They do what they say on the tin, no frills.

Are they Et15 now before or after adaptors. The rears will just about squeeze under, The fronts will poke loads And unless your running air, you'll have huge arch gap and balloon tyres as you wont go low enough on coils 17's are only just doable, 16's will look pants That's the answer I was after, ...

I have access to a set of Borbet A in 9x16 flavour. They are Porsche fitment, so will need adaptors too (20mm?), and ET15.

I reckon I'd get away with the rears, but I think the fronts would look silly/be illegal.

What width are you running?

My old '98 TDI 90 wagon would pull 50mpg average, and 65mpg easily on the motorway, not bad for 225k miles. I'm sure it splits at the bottom of the downpipe, but would have to check.

I've stopped work until I can get a bypass from somewhere, so no doubt I'll end up doing a ton of research 1st.

My 2005 PD100 has split its' flexi pipe. Car is in the garage, and a new cat/flexi is silly money. Where can I get a decat pipe asap? I've emailed THS and am waiting for a reply......the ones there and on eBay don't list later that 2003 though, and not for the PD100......any reason for this? Thanks ...

Well, it's got 147k on it, but you'd never guess. Will need a timing belt in the next 10k, but otherwise it's absolutely perfect apart from 1 car park ding and a light scuff on the arch. They were replacing an indicator lens and the tailgate mech too as that was faulty. Not sure why so cheap, I used...
