I run out of ideas what could solve my problem. I spent another day in a garage and nothing. I blanked the egr which helped and turbo starts 500rpm quicker. Garage says there must be a pressure problem as when i drive and press 3 times the breaks they get hard and don't really work. Others say it is...

I don't recommend turbo-active , i have now to buy another turbo as they said turbo was tested and ok.

I wait till tuesday to get an answer from turbo active. I could take the 2screws of and put the old actator on the new turbo maybe that will sor it but im not sure about the warranty being void

Reconditioned unit from turbo-active.mi normaly used it till 2500rpm but now i have to go till 4000rpm to move at all

Ok i had it now checked by 3 guys and they say it must be the turbo as air goes in,all connected correct.
Could it be the difference in the last nr ? My old one had nr 9 and this i think was nr 6

it pi...es me off as driving hill up on second gear the car feels like it will die no power at all, it kicks in with 3200rpm way to late.
the old one started with 1400-1500rpm was a nice drive
even the mpg is worse now. driving easy 22mpg before 37mpg

Did you check the position if the VNT stop screw? Last one I fitted was loose and needed setting and tightening Do u mean this one below?? tbh no , will check after work , on old one it's welded just checked the screw and it's glued, asked a mechanic he said if i take it of i will loss the warranty...

fitted yesterday the new Turbo in to the be6ix normaly turbo kicked in with 1500rpm, now foot full on acceleration and car does not go, turbo kicks in with 3000rpm what could be the fault ?? also the rempa i have done 3years ago do i have to renew it now ?? some up normal sounds coming out of the tu...
