I took some out of a B2 to put into a Mk 1 Golf. They fit after some bending; the legs were bent in to fit the B2 rails.

There's a chap who did it, in Germany. However he had to cut the nose to fit the motor, because it's so long. I looked at doing it, as I had a B2 I was wrecking, but it would have meant cutting the nose up and that's not going to happen. The 5cyl engines are really long.

I saw this car on Ebay, so glad it went to a good home where it's getting some TLC! A red facelift like mine!
