Yeah it's a pd130 and I've now rubbed a hole through on of the intercooler pipes, loved the no boost on way to Birmingham this morning lol

What Is the easiest way to go about it? If I can avoid it I don't want to take the bumper off, and will I need an intercooler with outlet either end or both on one side???

Yeah think so as the entire tread sits on the floor, there prestivio tyres and I've has to put one on the rear in about 15-16000 miles ha

I couldn't either on my 18's I wore the insides out because of camber but have had the standard wheels now for over a year and the tyres have been on for two years, and they are still perfect

How is it done? I have a 130 tdi 5.5 I've had the top of the airbox off and there is like a pipe inside it with two tracks, looks like it should slide out of it, but it don't, do I have to heat with a blow gun? Or is it a cut out job? The cold air feed always vibrates like ell too, What I'm after is...

Loving the look, have you rolled the arches at all? I was nowhere near a slow as you on my merc rims hit a tiny hole in a car park and got arch prolapse

Right things I need are as follows, intake pipes hot and cold side and also main airbox feed, a turbo off of a pd150 golf, fmic, and a straight through backbox for now before an uprated clutch, where can I get the intake pipes from??

Saloon is totally standard bought from vw in north walsham I do want it low but like enough to look nice without hitting every acorn in the road ideally I want air but can't afford that, with coilys is it still a comfy ride? Don't wanna lose that too much

I have an se tdi estate and have measured like 80mm arch gap once my merc wheels are on I assume -50 would look ok for regular use on 50%back roads been looking and all the kits say 40 for instance but my parents have just bought a Passat sport on my merit and that sits lower than mine stock, how do...

I have some 8.5j merc reps and am fitting them to my 5.5 estate two good tyres on the wheels already are 235 which I am putting on the back and am thinking of putting 225's on the front will I still be able to get lows and no rubbing scuffing or anything with this tyre arrangement??
