injectors are fine , its the fuel pump thats bolted onto the engine thats the problem, gsf said it was £265

got a new m/c going in so that should do the trick, i hope

changing the injector loom did change things for about a week but i am now back to the same problem, have been told it is the injector pump, any ideas where i can get one?.

got brembos from gsf john, as my mate had the same problem with his golf

my mate works for tps in guildford, their prices are quite steep for parts compared to gsf and gsf are cheaper than euros dude,

changed all the pads and discs and it seems to have cured the problem, same discs and pads as before so i have no idea, will take it to another mechanic for a second opinion, the brake fault light was a broken sensor in the brake fluid top up chamber which must have broken during fitting the rear pa...

have had the car back from the garage today and the diognostic report said that the injector loom is kaput,
new one on order, will post when fitted, hope its not the ecu

got the car back from the garage today, the issue with the brakes binding, not resolved, the mechanic said there was nothing wrong with the servo or master cylinder......
not really sure what to do now, any help would be great

could i have damaged this when i removed it to get to the plenum tray?

cylinder 2 is miss firing, new injector needed?

just had all 4 wheels bind and score discs, front left was glowing red, had the aa out and he said it could be the master cylinder or the abs sensor and on top of that cylinder 2 is miss firing now plus the brake light switch on the pedal is faulty and the brake light stays on when it feels like it ...

Can I fit a servo and master cylinder from other vw or Audi models?

Will a servo from an a4 fit into my passat?

Changed the fuel filter when I did a service about 2 weeks ago and found no evidence of oil mixing with diesel, have not done the temp sensor so will order one off of eBay (thanks for the link), and will get the vag com cable too, is the software free?

yes, and have changed the glow plugs, checked fuel lines for leaks by spraying wd40 along pipes to see if it would rev up but nothing.

takes around 10 seconds to fire

turning over but taking ages to fire (sometimes), on other occasions it fires first time

i am after the rear seats with a middle 3 point harness, not the lap belt.

just gave them the reg and they gave me the discs and pads, cant remember what was on the box, got new pads for the back and they are brembo pads
