Got in to work today spun up the lathe full crank to do a bit of polishing. Three minutes later clatter, crunch, grind and a couple of gears dicided they didn't need really need all their teeth. Yep. Took no time at all.
Really need to work out the proper thread size got the B5 though. Made it M8 but it should be imperial. Fits good though.

Youll need 16 LEDs to do all four clocks. Surface mount are better because the lower profile will reduce hot spots :-bd

Btw. Driving your car is still classed as taking without consent and is a criminal offence. Regardless of the fact you left it in their care. The only time they should drive your car is as a resonable distance for mechanical test, or if prearranged to another premises for further work they cannot do...

Went through all this when i had the rear on a jaguar done. Work was shocking. Have you got an invoice? Get as many photos as you can. Think I've got the same "knocking" sound. Seems to come from everywhere under the car. Had it up in the air and Couldnt find anything loose or worn on the suspension/steering side of things. Have noticed that one of the overbraids on the n/s exhaust flexi isn't actually attached to sod all.

B5.5 window scuttle panel part number.

Can any of you kind gents supply me with a part number for the b5.5 wiper scuttle panel that is used with the battery/servo cover. Am I right in thinking there is a different one modified around the pollen filter area?
