Im presuming the MAF sensor is the air flow metre?

I'm planning on getting a remap... plans for one are remap, de cat, k and n panel filter, lowered 40mm blanked egr... should be good for 180bhp

I'm not that arsed about high miles... it's just these are a lot more expensive to fix (I presume) than my previous cars.... not like you can just mince down to the scrappy and pic up a second hand turbo + they look like a oh fiddlesticks! to work. My 306 was reasonably tight, these look even more so.

Aha, that's good to know, so one with FSH would be best then?

I haven't taken a car to a garage apart from tracking and tyres.... Quite fortunate that my Dads a wizz with cars... slowly passing it onto me!
