make sure cottons thick or strong. mine was fine after a week or so and it passed mot with it woohoo

on my mk3 golf i had a little wetness in my headlight so i put one of those little bags in your get in shoes and dry good. little bag filled with little balls they help with moisture.

i took bulb out and asqueezed it in, tied some cotton to it so i could pull it back out easy.

i didnt clean them off and put the copper grease on, just blobbed a bit extra on over the stuff that was there. need to have em off and give em a good clean and grease both sides. weather is a shiiter at mo. am looking for a garage i can rent out now and again

grey inside would be fine. you dont tend to look in there. do like the yellow though ha ha

im looking to use a rewind tool on mine soon. had a prob with a hot disc. have tried greasing the guide pins but still think its dragging a little on the disk. the pins did havea little grease on them but i gave them a good coating of copper grease, and also popped some on the back of the pads too. ...

yeah i did notice them but wasnt sure what they were for. brakes were very dry. a little dost on them but had brushed it all away. am looking for a wind back tool now. noticed some people are just using a g clamp and needle noses?

i bought some sticky velcro pads off ebay, they are pretty strong and hold well. i use them for my tv and virgin remotes to velcro them on the back of my tv. yeah im a clean freak lol, but never lost a remote yet!!!

i tried to push the piston back but not got the right tools to do so. not done much on brakes before so i know very little about them, do you have to have the res cap off when your pushing the piston back in? took wheel off , took nuts off caliper and was hard to take it off the disk ( DOHHH!!! left...

hi, yeah i been looking and looking today all over internet grrr. gonna watch me car over next two weeks or so and see if todays work has made any difference. i doubt it but you never know. then ill decide if to overhaul my caliper or buy a second hand one. hmmmmm

found my fob the other day, bit of a sorry state as the ring has snapped where it goes on your keys. not tired it yet though.
