Sick of buying tyres for it! Rears anyway, current tires where part warns and seem to have gone from 5.5mm to 2mm in 500 miles, but the pair before it managed 850 miles from brand new lol

I know, some of the amg front struts go for up to £600 each used!
Unfortunately my rear bags where knackered cos they go for about £250 each used. Stupid money!

Took some time to get the airrex struts but they finally arrive a couple of weeks ago and I got started while I'm off work over Christmas, rears are both on and operational but the shocks need adjusting so it sits the same height as the front. And so far I've only got the passenger front fully finis...

The cc was diesel, petrol s so much more fun I knew it would be expensive to run but its worth it. Looking forward to players in a few weeks! Going to be the first show for me in it


The new owner of the cc text me earlier to let me know he's dropped the price to £11,995

Wasn't in my car at edition, jumped in with my mate in his bagged rocco. Couldn't afford the £130 in fuel it would cost me to get there n back. And that's if I was sat at 60mph the whole way!

Yeah that's my old one, he advertises his car all the time to see what he gets offered etc.

He's just put the brand new alloys on and some brand new airlift front struts too. Good price imo!

The cls has 'airmatic' suspension anyway, but has had adjustable links put in the height sensors to trick it into thinking its higher than it is therefore it lowers it, but still handles like factory and has the option of a raise mode for speed Bumps which raises it about 25/30mm. Can go a fair bit ...

Just had a text from the lad who's got my cc now and he's said it's getting some new airlift struts and some 19x10 rotiform sna's on for edition this weekend!

Yes! Done the swap this afternoon and I've just got back about an hour ago, what a car it is! Approx 500bhp and 570ftlb torque! I know haha, it's coming off though and my L33PAO one is going on, couldn't drive about with that reg lol

And not yet, gunna be painful going from a minimum of 800 miles to a tank to 2-250 miles lol then there's rear tire costs haha

Best of starting from the bottom, think there was 3 or 4 main clips I used a screw driver to pop them off and then the rest I clipped pretty easily

Fancy something mad before buying a house, every car I've had before this one has been a 1.1 or 1.4 French tin and then this ones a derv. And the insurance is only 200 more a year for a cls and that's with alloys and bags declared!

Vw festival was the best it had ever looked i though! Shame I've now sold my wheels, air and boot install... All being removed next week, private reg is already off. Time for a new car!
