Do have VCDS to check for fault vodes? hand held vag scan and acess to VAS at work and the only code is positive deviation boost. cleaned map, maf and swapped n75's also changed vac lines, i have been told when i kick it down o...

Re: heavy black smoke
I bet pipe is spilt, engine doesn't get enough air and is overfueling. It may be a little split causing it. You will not hear it on a free revving as car doesn't produce enough boost. Good point my man, the performance of the car varies quite literally from day to day i was thinking there may be a ...

Re: High pitched wheel noise increases with speed
I've got uniroyal rain sports on the back of my cc. Taken it back to the dealer twice complaining of wheel bearing noise on the rear. They say the bearings are fine. Moved the wheels to the front and the noise moved with them! Uniroyal/conti are coming to look at them next week. I'll update after t...

Re: TDIJon's Bee5ive
i agree with smithy that this colour looks amazing when clean(as does any colour actually). seems to be taking a while but, good choice of parts over a period of time is worth it in the end :-bd haha had a bit of a bad run the last few months, boiler breaking etc so its been rather slow. i am think...

Re: RE: Help full rev's when started
As long as it didn't feed on the oil and just burnt it you should be ok the only reason they blow up is because the just rev and rev way outside of the range and obviously running out of oil at high rpm isn't too good

Thinking of bigger turbo and some larger wheels for sure the 15's are a bit small for me. Been thinking of smoothing all bump trims awayJA1987 wrote:Looking good mate, that last pic is awesome. Whats the next plans?

Try inspecting your cam first buddy before jumping in the deep end it may be a sticky tappet and a decent oil flush with quality PD approved oil to be used

Re: RE: re airbag light
The light probably came on after service due to the technician clearing the fault memory, resistance too high I would check plugs for corrosion and check the seat it takes no more then 10 minutes to remove all you need is a 13mm socket and ratchet and the seat slides out
