Oh and I'm guessing your vibration may be the snub mount, either may need replacing or need resetting
As when you do the engine mounts the snub mount mounting has to be loosened to lift engine up.

Re: Clutch and flywheel problems
The LUK ones don't slip, just vibrate and judder in the gears mentioned, over 1000miles of steady driving as is no better than the day it left the garage, could it be any mounts? It only vibrates in 3rd and 4th gears at lowish rpm but in 5th it judders like mad.

Re: Clutch and flywheel problems
I can't see it being the clutch and flywheel as the 160k original clutch was fine bar a little dlipping the last month or so. I've been scouring the web and looking more into injector loom? If it's the loom would the injector readings be all over the place?

Clutch and flywheel problems
Right........ See if anyone has any ideas on to what may be wrong? Basically I had my clutch and flywheel replaced with a Sachs one which was my choice, the garage recommend an LUK one as they can handle more torque. I said I would prefer the Sachs one so they went ahead and fitted it. Upon driving ...

Re: How do i adjust boot lid gap
To adjust the boot lid you need to adjust the catch on the car (not the bootlid) it doesn't require a lot of adjustment to move it though, also its a good idea to have the boot panel off to just incase you do it to far so you can get a screw driver in there to release the catch.
