Re: OEM Bluetooth Moduel or FISCON Bluetooth Plus

I decided, after many many hours of reading forum threads and guides plus looking through ETKA to go with the OEM Bluetooth 5K0 035 730 D module. It's the newest version of the module, its for the white dot-matrix displays, has full A2DP support of iPhones, voice control, menus, phone book and bluet...

Re: OEM Bluetooth Moduel or FISCON Bluetooth Plus

Do you know if the European 9wZ module is the same as the North American 9w7 module.

According to this page it's the same but with Bluetooth 2.0 and rSAP (text messages). Will i need to install a GSM antenna?

Re: OEM Bluetooth Moduel or FISCON Bluetooth Plus

Oem module actually goes under the driver seat on a uk car! I fitted the oem module with an rns 510 and it works great. May as well fit it all in the usual location, it doesn't vibrate or rattle etc! Oh haha. Does the OEM Module support Bluetooth Audio streaming? Also, Is there any particular versi...

Re: What's your real life mpg?

My CR 170 that's on 20" 225/30 does best MPG around 80-90 (not even kidding). Long motorway drives (2+ hours) with the cruise control on 80/5mph i normally get 53mpg. Around town and work and back it works out like £10 diesel = 50 miles. As that's all i put in at a time to stop myself wasting ...

Re: My b6 estate - air now fitted

Looks awesome. I wish i got my passat in this colour. Does the air tank have a water train attached? I'm only asking as its mounted sideways so im guessing maybe one of the 4 side ports is the drain? Only issue with the standard kit tanks, there made of steel so will rust with water build up without...

Kinda weird as previous MOT was carried out by the same garage but it was not an advisory then.

Re: G's 2009 Highline - Interior changed

Regarding the iPad and head unit, did you consider using the Mosconi 6to8 processor to wirelessly stream music from the iPad to a head unit? Or maybe better still, get rid of the head unit all together and just use the Moscioni RCD display for the 6to8 processor.

Just a thought :)
