I fitted one to mine. I used the air vent beside the steering wheel. I closed the vent, fibreglassed up the back of it, then cut out the hole i needed. It looks pretty swish IMO, altho at present I have no pics

I run a branch of chipsaway mate, and that repair is no problems at all, and your local guy should be able to tackle the mudflap aswell, altho its probably just as well to bang a new one on there tbh.
Thanks again chaps. Now its properly settled, its gone down even more. Had a bit of a 'mare this morning, hit a slight dip in the road (didnt see it coming), and the bottom of the car hit the ground...hard. I wasnt driving quick by any means, as it was a 40 limit, but im going to investigate this af...
Yeah, when I get time, Ill remove the old one and see whats the best way to make a new one. Should be quote straight forward tbh. Lots of trial and error for the best result methinks, lol
Good stuff mate, looking forward to seeing it! Went into town yesterday, and quickly decided that I shall not be lowerign the front anymore than it is. Hi all, Right im having troubles finding my standard DV. On having a mass clearout today, I found my Forge Diverter Valve (007P from memory??) Thanks chaps, I think with a good drop and some nice dished rims itll look pretty damm sweet! I run a SMART repairs business, so I do most all of my own bodywork, and borrow a friends bodyshop when I need it, where the car was done. Had to get him to do a fair bit of it in the end though, as I simpl...
Well, my Passat is getting there slowly but surely, with most of the bodywok sorted now. Here it is in original guise http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y76/MattTurbo/DSC_0145.jpg The idea: Black roof + Pillars, flushed badge recess, black bonnet centre, colour coded, and dark rims. http://i3.photobuc...
