I can't say if there are other knobs fitted to other models, but this is the one in my sport
at least you can compare it to yours.

Re: camturbo
Nice idea....i thought it looked slightly different to most ppl's brushed or polished trims. I've got a spare set to play around with some ideas for mine. I was thinking body colour paint but was worried about it wearing quickly, will be interested to hear how it lasts. What lacquer did you use?

Re: Passat Estate B5.5 PD130 5 speed or 6 Speed?
The sport is slightly lower as standard 15mm, i think they have larger anti roll bar too, also 16" wheels. The Passat is a big old car so anything that improves handling/accuracy is a good thing Imo.
also sports seats are more supportive with larger bolsters. Being a 6 speed is an added bonus.

Re: Passat Estate B5.5 PD130 5 speed or 6 Speed?
I've got a 6speed sport....i've got cruise control, heated leather/alcantara, fogs, full chrome trim etc etc etc. It was a vw demo with lots of factory extras.
highlines come with better spec as standard, but personally I'd look for a sport with optional extras.

anyone can buy off the shelf parts and fit them, but you've done something unique that you wont see on other cars

The new lights look spot on (excuse the pun) lol. They give the front end a much sportier appearance.

Re: B3 WGN on eBay!
After a plate has been sold by the dvla it's value is whatever someone is willing to pay for it. As there are almost no 'b' plate regs left with dvla and this one only has one number i would imagine worth more than £250. If it was direct from dvla i would expect it to be up for £499+ compared with...

Re: which model
Yours is a b5.5 then mate. The b5.5 had indicators in the wings up until approx 03, after this minor updates were made including moving the indicator repeater from the wing to the wing mirror.
you will want a wing for a b5.5 from 03 to 55 plate.

Love what you've done to the car, keep up the good work  sent from my Nexia Z with my fingers thanks for the comments...in fairness i searched high and low for a mint car to start with and probably paid a bit ...

Looks good mate...some good unique mods you've added...the chrome on the front is class, and i would never thought to try a laguna splitter....but it looks pretty factory
