Hi guys, I have a 2012 Passat Sport ESTATE, got white LED DRL & sidebulbs, currently running Osram nightbresker dipped beam bulbs which are great for visibility but look too yellow & bland, anyone else running white bulbs? Not interested in an aftermarket HID kit so that's not an option.

I remapped my b6 2.0 CR at 220k miles on original Turbo & was still going strong at 276k when I sold it, I had an economy map which was smooth, no issues at all.

My Passat Sport has developed this issue also, whereabouts was the engine bay wiring damaged?

Has anyone bought a bluemotion grill?
Can't find any on eBay, decided there is too much chrome on the front of the car so a bluemotion grill is a good way of removing two of the four chrome slats on the grill.
Will price one with TPS tomorrow.

Kraków is awesome, very reasonable as well.
Would recommend Auschwitz & Birkenau, harrowing but certainly an experience.
Schindlers factory is worth a visit as are the shooting ranges.

Anyway, looking to upgrade the DRL, side light & puddle lights with LEDs, can anyone tell me what fitment these are so I can order them? Are Cree ones worth the extra over normal LED? Had the same EML code for a few months, tried turning it off for it to immediately reappear. Code is PO2015 relating to the inlet manifold & flaps. My mechanic advised the linkage had come off & put it back on but that lasted about a day. From researching this VW don't appear to sell the lin...

Unsure if my CR thermostat is on its way out as it used to sit bang on 90 but seems to drop quite a bit - I know it's winter but can't remember it being like this before?

Pretty sure I had my CR done for about £280 using VW parts.

It was the slip ring, only £53 from TPS and not too hard to fit.

I have a 2009 B6 Highline that came standard with 8 button mfsw, but tonight went to change volume & it didn't work - then noticed none of it inc horn was operative, and the buttons weren't lit up. However, up on turning the steering lock to lock there is one point, about 90 degrees to the right...

My 2009 CR is on 203k - never had a clutch or DMF til 190k but mine has been serviced every 10k.
No DPF issues so far but that depends how it's been driven as my mate had DPF failure on his 2007 PD at 100k.

Mine has had this code a lot, emls been on for about 2 months now, will need to try this thanks.

2009 2.0 CR engine, on 168k so getting on a bit.
EML is on - codes point to a faulty O2 sensor, but can't put it in to get sorted until next week, will the DPF still regen as normal until then? I'm thinking not.

Horrendous for DPF issues & sluggish IMO.

CR is known for failing actuators, mine would only seem to hit limp mode at 70mph or above.

I had mine replaced at just over 4 years when it had done 120k, was a lease car previously with full VW history but cambelt hadn't been done prior.

My CR returns about 40-45mpg urban driving, longer motorway stints usually 55 - 60 mpg at 75mph.
Got 63mpg from Edinburgh to Glasgow sat at 60mph with cruise control on once but it was soo boring.
