Re: lowering springs
Had the Wagon with Eibach Pro's loaded up with gravel and paving slabs, I pooed myself on how low the bum end was and drove home gingerly, it coped far better than my expectations. How do people cope with other suspension with little arch gap and full loads, is it that stiff that the suspension com...

Re: Shiney Shiney
funny you should say that the lad I bought it off said it was originally off a Honda civic turbo. Tbh I think its rather large but the lad I bought it of had it wedged in the front of a corsa b 1.7td so it has to fit in the front of a passsatGazwould wrote:Thats big looks like it could support 400 bhp.

Re: What did you do to your Passat today?
Well I need dpf off and a new air filter too tbh. My AFN with tuning box went like stink and sounded very good. My AVF 5.5 pd130 sport (standard) also went well and sounded healthy enough when driven purposefully. My b6 BMR is lacking... Laggy coz of dpf and runs different from 1 day to the next co...

Re: What did you do to your Passat today?
Its just dumping the turbo pressure through the filter hence the dump valve noise and it sounds good under load. Ahh wondered this for a while... Surprised me, thought there should be enough spin at off-throttle to still keep the inlet pressurised with a little boost... Dpf needs to come off :-) It...

Re: What did you do to your Passat today?
The video you asked for smithy i tried to get a vid while driving to much wind noise though. http://i1348.photobucket.com/albums/p734/lukev6tdi/th_20130801_161232_zpsfd8a97a4.jpg What exactly is the noise you can hear? Is that just from changing the filter? To be honest I think it's a hit or miss k...
