well finally got me car back and over 2k lighter
had a new ecu and wiring harness made for the fuel circuit and now the cars gone back to vw as there is diesel all over the engine bay.
they are fitting a new fuel filter housing.

so back to the pushbike i go.

pleasures of owning a vw.

well had the master tech have a look at me car and he seams to think to ecu is now at fault..but the are emailing VW Germany to find out if they have failed before.. they don't want to replace it and then find the injectors are at fault.... but either way I guess I'm looking a very large paperweight...

well i have deferentially made the wrong choice of taking the car to VW They have just rang to say that the car wont start and the battery is now flat so it needs charging...... no poo it wont start thats the problem it came in......so phone went down. i even gave them the codes that the AA man came...

About 6 months so I guess it's not that new
