Hi all need some help with a knocking coming from front os wheel.I get a slight pinking sound under braking and occasional clunk with potholes or harsh road ridges.Got an idea it's bush related but could do with help in narrowing it down. Any ideas help would be much appreciated.

Depends on whether you are turning right or left when it happens,if it happens when turning left it's usually the right one that needs replacing or vice versa.Had it happen on my old passat.

It's an oil issue not coolant so possibly valve stem seal issue but just wanted to know if there are side effects so to speak.

Hi goring someone here can help.I have an 05 passat and when I close the drivers side door it shuts but the door open display and the light at the bottom of the door stay lit. Also the doors won't lock with the remote fob but will open. Any help greatly appreciated.
