I'm about to fit a set of these when they arrive. what with the 3 light clusters? is one headlight, one dipped and one side light? or do 2 light up when u use dipped headlight. looking at the unit u have an old style dipped light, a projector lense and a headlight with side light

Fitting rs6 recaro rear seats?
Fitting these bad boys and was wondering if anybody has had experience with rears? I did have it a while back so changed over the front sensor for a spare used one I had. then never had the code again until I recently swapped over the turbo and now it popped up for a bit but gone off again. my cat has prob done around 120,00 (have used decats ...

sort of....... I swapped out the turbo, and it seems that the actuator was sticking slightly. so causing it to hold back as it was overboosting. but I had no codes to say this and vag cam/vcds did not point me in this direction. but even after changing over the turbo, it still holds back when WOT at...

Under the inlet manifold mate on the 1.8t. It's on a triangle shaped plate bolted underneath the manifold. There are 2 solenoid valves 1 n249 and the other is for SAI system. But both the same valve part number.

been having a think
even though I cant diagnose fuel pressure via vcds, would the car throw fault codes if it was being starved of fuel, would I get eg: bank 1 too lean etc etc?? is there another way to diagnose lack of fuel, running to lean when WOT?

There is no way to log fuel pressure. b5.5 don't have any type of pressure sensor etc!

no mate, not tried that, will do it this afternoon. I wasn under the impression that the b5/.5 wont detect fuel faults via vcds/vagcom

checked the maf and map via vcds, all the values seem to be line up ok? that's what has got me thinking its a fuel problem!

I've had arch work done, they've been pulled loads, and get 2 set of -1 camber shims.
It's just a costly mistake if they are 2 wide as there costing over £1k

just phoned vw, what a load of help they was [-x I asked for a price, they said £148 for the front sensor, and £124 for the rear sensor. but the would NOT give me the part numbers so I could buy from somewhere with a more reasonable price. I can get both sensors for the price they want for 1 ~x(
