So it was the mute trigger should anybody need to know for future. The harness I had put the mute trigger into the wrong port so had to cut the mute trigger and attach it to a diffent pin and it now works

How much can you get a second hand later revision gateway for? By the sounds of it you have the tools and knowledge to do the job. Cheers, I got the same answer by trawling through youtube videos. I changes my oil and all the filters bar fuel filter as my crappy cheapo torx head rounded off so ordered a socket head hopefully of better quality.
