I painted mine myself ,paint costed me 40 quid for a half ltr and I had a 2k laquer in the unit . your prob looking at around 100 a wing tho from a pro bodyshop

replacement front arms
has anyone a link for a set of replacemet from suspension arms ,I renewed them on my b5.5 estate 2 years ago and had to replace one arm 3months ago with a non existent bush that had worked its way out so creaking like mad . now front end creaks again worse than ever while driving . just need a good ...

if you are removing them or renewing take out the foam inserts as they cause rust on the front wings they hold some amount of water .I had to get 2 new wings for mine and once I painted them and fitted I found the foam deadening in the inner wing and dumped them

everyone slates a gto ,but you aint been in a 400hp one ,lol no handling aids on mine lol they just grip the rd like glue and can keep up with anything in the twisties lol only other performace car id have would be an rs4 the gto is a great big boat but does 300 miles to a tank and can keep up or be...

Scottish one mate clan japan. ive got 2 gto twin turbos just now ,one was running 417bhp but spun a bearing at start of year so I bought another with a good engine and swapping all my stuff onto that . a new project for next years shows ,goin to have it ready for modified nationals in peterbourgh

im goin to get it rr at end of year as I run a jap car club we usually have 2 a year so will be good to see the figures . this is just based on the map that got put in from laptop so figures will vary .the car feels a lot more responsive and torquey now tho .ill update when I get it on the rollers :...

went and got a remap on my work bus yesterday results are great ,got the eco/power tune and egr delete. powers up from 130bhp to 155bhp and 229ft/lb to 288ft/lb . the car feels great and keeps pulling .going to do a rd trip next weekend to ten of the best at elvington outside York so ill fill the ta...

cheers guys goin to get the sign writing done soon on the VINYL CARBON WRAPPED window lol just goin to tint the rear so I can still see out it .but really enjoying it so far, great car .a lot more room than my combo had aswell
