To be honest with you mate Im only learning how to use vcds properly
I assumed it was because I was running without the egr valve and creating more pressure
Lesson learned

Update!!!
Fixed
Map sensor was stuck on 2983.5 constantly
Was telling the Ecu the car was Over boosting when it wasn't
So the fix was the (((((MAP SENSOR))))))
Replaced with 10 euro scrapyard part and car working perfect again

Just a quick one ray Im not great at reading the graphs on VAG But what I do notice is the green line on the measuring block 11 chart is going miles above the rest When im boosting its shooting off the scale. Looks like its nearly hitting 3 Bar. Shouldn't be hitting that though with only a 3 bar sen...

Update!!!! So I noticed something today I disconnected the one way valve connection from the tandem pump connection Plugged the turbo actuator directly to the outlet on the tandem pump/ brake servo line Straight away the actuator pulled up What I did notice however was when I wiggled the tandem pump...

it hasn't been remapped in my ownership anyway, it did always go really well so maybe it has had a remap, how would I know with VAG? No I haven't touched the actuator atal in terms of the lever. Understand completely what you mean, my car is on 250,000 odd miles now at this stage and I reckon it is the original turbo unit in the car Again like you said I don't want to just throw a new turbo at it and it might not be that atal I don't mind spending the money would just rather knock of as man...

Well I done the mr muscle job I was pulling the actuator arm up with my fingers I have no suction device for it left for about 2 hours Made sure all connections fit well All brand new silicone tubing Car went amazing for around 30 mins of 4000 rpm in 2 3 4th gear There was no real smoke from the exh...

had same problem myself,turned out to be bonnet switch,problems back again so I just disconnected the oil sump sensor,i manually check the oil almost everyday so I don't mind not having it,just an extra thing to go wrong in my opinion.
