Most of companies don't give enkugh info on their ads, but assuming from the fact that even tail lights are sold rhd and lhd, that main difference has a place, so purchased tail must be precisely rhd

Mine comes from compartment box to the right from Steering Wheel, and from under the steering column as well.

Why not doing it in VW specializing garage?

I would consider buying cheapest set of led tail lights and wire it myself, just copy on the connector plug way that our original lights are connected.

Mine was bought 2nd hand, I spoke with VW and they said up to 80k on non wearable parts etc. Nothing impressive, my auto start/stop stopped working and it displays start/stop error. Called them and they mentioned nothing about warranty, just told me HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST TO HAVE IT DIAGNOSED!!!! :-o

These headlights on eBay are halogen, hid projectors are usually bigger too, however if you fit hid bulb in halogen projector, light output is rubbish!

I like them tail lights tho, the ones I have my eyes on are smoked as well

Fixing 2 alloys costed me more than fixing entire car lol
