The discs are the easiest bit to find. GSF have the vented 25mm x 312mm for skoda superb or the V6 Passat, for about £90 inc VAT a pair. Job done. As for carriers, not heard the difference between the carriers that fit alloy or steel hubs, but mine are from a mk1 Audi TT. You can get them from V6 ...

Steel hubs the holes are closer on the carriers. Ally hubs, holes further apart. (I think)
