when accelerating , the rev counter jumps upwards in small sections likes juddering , instead of rising smoothly , up until around 4k then the needle travels smoothly again, any idea of what cause's this ?

you can get a cable for the RNS which splits into a red and white phono cable , then buy a adaptor that changes rca to 3.5mm for an aux in, thats what ive done , then with the cd changer aswell its pretty much sorted mate , but thats just my 2ps worth , cant say much bout these ebay units never owne...

how did you work out what to o with these indicator modules mate ?

get a vw mfd rns , absolute quality peice of kit , plenty of connectivity, but youl still need a cd changer attached though.
