These numbers you posted doesn't really look like map sensor problem, because it read all from 1000mbar to over 2600mbar, can't imagine why something would be wrong there. It looks more like n75 fault or when your turbo was cleaned first time, maybe someone messed with vnt actuator rod and has lost...

No just one. On passat tdi b5/b5.5 it's in boost pipe before intercooler. MK4 golf TDI golf have it in intercooler for example. But surely there's just one. Not sure where it's on b6 passat. Or a leak on one of the vacuum lines or boost pipes as I checked files: the requested vs actual boost and the actual boost is lower than requested... Ok, the shop i went to also mentioned to change the intercooler pipe. I will change that pipe and the map sensor and see how it goes If pipe has split, yes you need to change it.
