Yes will have refrigerant in it, but if you haven’t used it in long time might not be much.
But should be removed by someone qualified to remove it

Hi, I have just purchased heater leather seats to replace my non leather fabric seats. Both are power seats so no issue there but the leather is heated. I have ordered a heating control with the heated seat switches on. Can anyone advise on anything I will need, I have VCDS and can do the programmin...
