had the same today (21/07/2010) problem and was just about to replace the left rear bearing when I noticed wear on the inside of the tyre swapped the tyres about and the noise is gone.Went got the rear aligned and two new tyres and all is quiet, no bearing needed

How do i confirm if my CCM has the function for supporting foglamps on a 2007 B6 passat ,is a chassis number thing or do I have to go to VW.

I phoned my local VW dealer and the guy in the parts dept told me that VW do not supply a fog light wiring harness for b6 passat and that anyone who needed f/lights fitted had to order non VW parts and they don`t sell a light switch either,This I thought was a bit crazy ,so I asked what if I crashed...

Hello I`m a long time owner first time forum user,I have a 2007 B6 1.9tdi that I have bought and fitted Front Fog lights thinking that I`d buy a wiring harness and switch and stick them in later when I had the time.When I looked up the net for a wiring harness I`ve found this site" https://www....
