My 2.0 azm is 430 miles on a full tank, and I roughly get that.

I probably get around 33mpg on the roads and about 36 on the motorway. I use to get 40+ on the motorway but not anymore.

I had my drivers side tie rod changed, so the tracking needs to be sorted, but when I took it to protyre they said the passengers side was seized. Do they really need to adjust anything on that side, considering it's not been replaced/touched? I would of thought they'd only need to change the driver...

Don't pay for the code! VW give it to you for free, check your manual it'll say something like "VW will provide the code, free of charge"

Difficult to say, your options are really only from an SE, Sport & Highline.

I use to have sport seats which had lumber and didn't find them hard tbh, but I bought a highline leather interior because of my leather fetish.

Mine does the same, but been doing it for ages so I suspect thermostat for me, would be nice if it's just the sensor though but not got round to replacing it

Ask someone to sit in the passenger seat and see if it happens there,if not put them in the back behind you and see if happens, if not then it's something up with the seat

Ah, if it's hesitation then I very much doubt it's the break switch and this doesn't cause the car to go into limp mode.
