Hello
I want to adjust horizontally one of my headlights, im a bit confused since there are 3 adjustment screws and they are not doing much.
Anyone can point me which of those 3 adjust the lowbeam(xenon) light horizontally ?
Thanks

1.9PD turning off ocasionally
Hello.
Iv got a 1.9TDI AWX of a friend of mine that turns off occasionally. When idling. it just switch off. It may happen even like 3 times in a minute.
VCDS shows a Fuel temp sensor since its an early model with fuel cooling.
Can this be the issue ?

Check your alternator again mate, I’m assuming you left referring to the pulley? But Especially if it gets worse at full lock. I’ve know cheap pulleys to fail again before they should. 54 Passat Wagon PD175 99’ Audi S4 Avant 2.7 QTO ;) 01’ Cherokee XJ 2.5TD Yea i think its the alternator pulley. Ca...

Re: Serpentine Belt tensioner 1.9
Yes. I’ve done it a couple of times. Very fiddly though. 54 Passat Wagon PD175 99’ Audi S4 Avant 2.7 QTO ;) 01’ Cherokee XJ 2.5TD Thanks. When its cold outside i hear a noise when i turn my headlights on, i thought was coming from the alternator bearings and did change those in the summer. But now ...

CV Joint
Hello
Sometimes when i get out of my garage, at the ramp, wheels turned and uphill i hear the classic tac tac tac from the driver side cv joint.
I have found a dealer that uses GKN Spidan ones at a honest price.
Should i replace passenger side too ?

Re: Oil leak headgasket or EGR(video)
I think it’s just a bit of turbo leakage making its way round the system and coming out the holes there. Mines been doing it all the while I’ve had the car , before and after disabling the vacuum tube. I think the accumulation looks worse than it is over time. Car runs perfect so I’m not worried. I...

Re: Oil leak headgasket or EGR(video)
Cylinder head gasket is last thing I would expect to be leaking oil. Looks little too excessive for just EGR, unless your turbo is on last legs. I would say it's valve cover gasket, that's leaking. And it's quite common on these engine as I have heard. Could be valve cover. I would recheck asap Sen...

Wheel alignment
Hello
Car was always pulling to the right and recently I changed wheels and put new tyres. Every time i let go the steering wheel car sloooowly pulls to the right
i had the alignment done by a professional shop and the car is doing the same thing even after new tires and wheels.
Any idea ?
