Those would be the headlamp washers, rare to catch them in the wild... tend to hide in the bumper most of the time, only popping out for a few seconds at a time

My 130 TDI Sport had these done not long before I sold it ... from memory didn't cost too much (needless to say I didn't do it myself though!) but the parts weren't expensive ... it's all in the labour

I'm relatively new to VAG cars... but before the Passat I had a Volvo S40 which I'd say was similar to the VW in build quality, slightly more comfortable but not as nice to drive - I'd probably own another one without any hesitation to be honest, just with a better engine! The only other manufacture...

2003 TDI B5.5 ...

Slightly off-topic for the original post but ... is it possible to swap the cluster of a B5.5 with the full height FIS one, if so will it work fully (e.g. integrate with VW MFD, show which door is open, display warnings correctly etc)
