yeh i have an e36 320 had to swap to alluminium water pump cos it kept cracking anytime it went sideways lol...stupid things. ill check all that again tomorrow but last time it was all ok. had to get a new radiator cos only the half of the last one was working

yeh got a sniffer test done...deffo no leaks
so get a pressure test done then?

hi i have a 2003 1.9 tdi 130. engine overheats anytime i put any stress on the engine, like going uphill. will go right up to red once i stop it shoots right back down to 90. also would effect the heating in the car, goes freezing an speed of air goes up and down itself. checked all obvious problems...
