I have added heated seats.
You need a new heater control, with the heated seat buttons.
Then you need. New loom and run that from the seats, to the fuse board and heater controls.
It's not that hard but it's it easy and it's a lot of work.

Re: Coilovers for super lows
I'm running AP coilovers and they are bottomed out. It's low but not mega low.
What about h&r ultra low coilovers? That's if you can get them for the passat.

Re: Fitting leather seats
Installing the leather seats is very easy.
Installing the wiring loom is a different story, very long job.
Totally worth it though

Possible boost leak?
Been thinking I have a boost leak for a while now. I'm getting a loud turbo whistle, loads of black smoke under acceleration and terrible mpg around town. What's the best way of checking, would a scan show up any fault? I have had a look in the engine bay and all my pipes do look fine. It's 57 plate...

Re: B6 are junk
Every car has problems and some more than others.
It's just luck and how it was looked after.
Mines on 170k around that and is fine.
Need a new flywheel 2 years back and a new rear shock.
But that's it.
So its just luck.
Also why keep going to vw for work, then moan about the Labour cost?

It's service time and euro car parts have 50% off everything. So I might aswell get a few things sorted for a good price. Just a few questions, what brake disks are worth buying? They have pagid brake disks and eicher brakes. I'm just not sure which are the best to buy. Also is it worth changing my ...

Mass air flow sensor help
Hello got my car scanned last week and it came up with the maf error.
So I'm liking at ordering a new one.
When I was looking on gsf for a new one there are two options.
Air mass sensor and air mass sensor probe.
What's the difference and which do I need?
