If I change the turbo and piping will this solve the problem ?

I have a passat 2.0tdi 140bhp
And I have had an error come up which is G28 sensor something to do with exhaust.
Can anybody shed any light on this problem what is the cause and how to resolve
Could be a case of just a new sensor ?

I have fitted these in my car however do you know weather I can adjust the height of the light manually as there both to low and can't see anything at night
