Hahaaaa!

A previous owner had run it with no oil. Cylinder 1 was knocking quite badly. It was still knocking even after the bearings were replaced the crank was beyond repair

Doesn't need an engine anymore! I found him a donor and he drove hundreds o miles to collect it. He has already swapped the parts and rebuilt the engine. Just need to pop it in the car, MOT it and it's good to go! Can't wait to see it rolling smoothly.

I also took the rear bumper off of the blue lx and swapped with mine as it was better condition. I fitted some tail lights that a friend sent over from Brazil. He also sent me a set of opening front quarter windows and brand new seals but I haven't fitted those. I might fit them to my passat or sell...
