I have all around Led bulbs, front headlights are aftermarket copy of bixenon headlights with led drls in position of sidelights.
Now waiting for rear led oem tail lights as well...

Funny is the fact that as you've said, the same tyres on different wheels were quiet.
In all fairness, if I was you, I'd go back to where you got them from, and show em how noisy they are, because 60something decibels should be very quiet tyre.
Take them back, the sooner you do so, the better...

Im running 19" 35 profile tyres, and they're super quiet despite being 255mm wide and all
Could be the tyre design for this size is poo...

How long did you notice the problem lasts? If fans work, so they work... Take it for a ride, see what's happening. Also, when you say: temperature above 90C, how far up it goes?? Does it reach 100C? Usually this type of problem would end up being thermostat, not opening or closing in the right time....

Mine standard was 55mm dampers, Passat B7 sport is 48mm dampers (I may be wrong)
Had it lowered 40 front, 35 rear
And apart of taking humps little but slower, no difference to me except better handling

I've upgraded my b7 black rails to chrome ones from b7 as well, and it surely was an easy upgrade...
