Re: Spotted on the bay? any good?
If you go to his feedback and look at the old listing the picture is still on there.
Clearly 5x114.3, I'd be inclined to report him as it's clearly not being advertised correctly.

This looks like it's going to be immense, but unfortunately the Bentley stuff doesn't do it for me.
Can't wait to see the finished article though.

Re: Help For Heroes Banger Run to Monaco
That looks awesome, and the rally looks like it will be great fun. I never really understood the Help for Heroes cause until a friend of mine was posted to Afganistan recently. It's not just the soldiers who lose limbs that need help, the other days they were hit by three IED's in 2 days and a numbe...

Seat airbag qestions
Hi All, I may be buying a Sport interior for my B5, only problem is the new front seats don't have airbags. My current ones do. Now, I'm not fussed about the airbag side of things, but what about the loom/warning light. If I change the seats and have the loom unplugged, will that set off the light o...

No boost help
Hi All, I'm sorry if this has been covered, I'm sure it has but I can't get the hang of the search function  My B5 AFN doesn't boost like it used to. Fuel economy still seems to be good, no undue smoke, although perhaps there is a little more of the black stuff when I boot it. Other then that,...

Re: Bike from halfords
I think Halfords arn't nessecarily over priced, they just don't sell very good bikes. The 'top' ranges in Halfords, Carrera/Boardman aren't that good, but they sell for the same price as a Specialized or Trek, I know which I'd prefer. Also, I disagree with above, rear mechs are definately not an imp...

Love the story, and the car looks 100 times better. Was that Woolacombe wildlife park, it's not bad there actually, and we were also at Dawlish for the airshow, but we went into Dawlish itself and watched it from the top of a hill. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c159/edblackmore/9fc8f467.jpg http...

Re: Bike from halfords
Why do you have to get it from Halfords, thousands of shops do the cycle to work scheme.
I'm a Specialized guy through and through, you could get a good spec for that, Rockhopper for MTB or Allez for road.

I drive from Exeter - Barnstaple a lot on the A road, and my last journey there last weekend I averaged over 60mpg there and back, its about a 90 mile trip, and I wasn't being careful either
