Gt1749vb??

Hi all,
i've recently blown my turbo on my VW golf mk4 90bhp part number is GT1749V and have dropped on a turbo GT1749VB which i think is from a 150 bhp model.
Does anyone know if this turbo will fit? and if so will i see any performance increase?
