Seat toledo 1.6 sr engine problems

Hi everyone just wondering if anyone can shed some light on the problem I'm having with my seat toledo. It's 2001 with 1.6 sr petrol engine. Basically it's misfiring constantly, underpowered and engine is struggling also vibrating and sounds like a metallic rattle once revved. When started from cold it will cut out straight away unless I keep the revs up, once warm it will idle roughly. Can still drive but very underpowered and noisy.

Once scanned with a code reader 5 codes come up and they are;

Has anyone come across this before or know if the codes are all related to one thing? Or could there be multiple problems?

Any information at all would be great.
