So I've had my Passat for a few months now and with the weather and living on a building site a quick wash every so often is all I've managed up until this evening. Came home from work and decided to give it a good clean, I've always thought the bonnet was a bit dull but thought it would need a polish.

Gutted to find out it's not just in need of a polish, by the looks of things I think it's had a respray and it's just not been done to a great standard.

Just wondering whether an electric polished would get this out or would it take a little bit more to rectify it and get it to the same standard as the rest of the bodywork?
