Looking at buying a B8, can any one confirm when timing belt needs done?

Just gone to see this, seems in good condition, 78k in 4 years and was a lease so assuming mostly motorway mileage as hard to do that many otherwise and has a few tell paint chips (nothing serious though).
Can anyone confirm the service interval for the belt and water pump? This has done 78k and has a vw service history with next one due at 96k. Anything else to look for also helpful. Test drive was fine.
