Roof mounted bike rack 4 bikes

Hi,
I need to transport 4 bikes on the roof (3 adults, 1 child) what are the best options ive had the thule tow bar mounted one that holds 3 however it has been crashed into twice. I have now sold my a6 and want roof mounted bikes. What is the cheapest best option including bars and carriers?
