HELP Wheel vibration ? problem solved

Hi i have recently put some 8mm spacers on my wheels and since when i get up to say 70 mph they vibrate/wobble not badley but enough to enoy me, i was told 1 of my wheels had a slight buckle anyway but they ran fine before the spacers.

But i have noticed that the front spacers are a smaller diameter to my back one's they are both h&r's but the front set dont sit flush to the wheel and the hub leaving a gap in between so iam now thinking this is the cause and i need different spacers.
