Spigot Rings Merc to Vag

HI, ive just got some merc wheels and im in need of some spigot rings, the wheel wobble hits them over 50 mph.
I was just wondering what the dimension of spigot rings i will need to get the wheels to fit my passat hub, or any contact details on where i can get some from?
