2009 VW PASSAT R LINE 140BHP REMAP OR PLUG & PLAY?

HI Guy's... another enquiry... i was going to get my car re-mapped until i found out about a place called diesel-tuning who provides plug & play tuning boxes... does anyone have any experience on these boxes as ive never had any dealings with them... checked out his feedback on ebay and it's all 100% but am unsure weather to go for a re-map or get one of these
